How it works
The first verified practitioner to accept, and be accepted by the facility, gets the shift. The terms are recorded as a digital contract between the two.
ID check and practising certificate confirmed with your council.
Practitioners mark their free slots — a morning, a weekend, a full week.
Facilities set the role, date, hours, location and offered rate.
Matching practitioners are notified; agree the hourly fee in-app.
A digital contract records the terms. Both sides rate each other.
Book a locum for 7 days, extend for another 7, then bring them on permanently once you're sure they fit your team and your customers.

Verification
A current practising certificate proves someone is registered and allowed to practise today. We confirm it with the relevant professional council before a profile can take a shift.
National ID, selfie match, phone number and address.
Registration number checked against the council register.
Profiles pause automatically when a certificate expires, until it's renewed.
Business registration and, for pharmacies, the premises licence.
